Terms & Conditions

• Abstract format is A3 portrait

• We have available 8 places for abstracts. All submissions must be made online by the deadline 18th April 2024

• All abstracts must be submitted in the presenting author's name.

• All abstracts will be reviewed, graded and accepted or rejected by the Program Committee.

• All submitted abstracts must be in English

• When using abbreviations or acronyms for the first time, care should be taken to spell them out in full with the abbreviation in parentheses after the full word(s). Thereafter, only the abbreviation should be used.
