Basic Maintenance – Calibration
This CMM calibration process includes accuracy checks and a calibration certificate. The CMM geometry and the position of the three axes are checked and corrected if necessary, with the probing deviation also being checked via both a tactile and an optical sensor.
Remote Health Check
Performed either upfront by the operator or optionally on site by ZEISS experts, this check features proactive analysis, diagnosis, and predictive recommendation for all important components prior to calibration – ensuring early detection of potential issues for added security.
